• Lazing away a little

  Work was okay -- was glad to shut the door and lock it though. Brought Jonah home with me and he was on my lap asleep while I was talking on the phone when Paul and Cherrell drove up. So off my little buddy went. He was pretty happy to see his own people. It does seem a little quiet here without the little guy traipsing about.

  Turned down two days of work over at Willamalane (the adult activity center, not the regular place I work). They needed me Thursday and Friday, but I'm just getting the girls back on Wednesday morning and the last thing I want to do is haul them off to a sitter for two days right after they get home. The money would have been nice, but I'd rather settle in with my daughters again, thank you very much. As it is, my regular sitter isn't available and I'm not in the mood to call up various folks at the last moment. Left Judy a nice phone message with an apology at least.

  And that's it... two hours at the CRC tomorrow, then an errand to the local credit union. We refinanced the Toyota and had just enough to also pay off J.C. Penney, Care Credit (dental stuff) and our personal line of credit with my regular credit union. It's a nice feeling.
